Docflow Labs
§ § Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 19, 2026. These terms govern use of the Docflow Labs website and, together with your organization's agreement with us, the Docflow service.

§ 01

Use of the service

Docflow Labs, Inc. ("Docflow," "we," "us") provides document-automation software for healthcare operations. Access to the Docflow application is governed by the written agreement between Docflow and your organization; these website terms supplement, and do not replace, that agreement.

You agree to use the service only as permitted by your organization and applicable law, to keep your credentials confidential, and to promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

§ 02

SMS / mobile messaging terms (Docflow Verification)

Docflow Verification is an account-security text messaging program. When you opt in by providing your phone number during two-factor authentication enrollment, we send one-time login verification codes and account-security messages to that number.

Message frequency varies based on your sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. After opting out, you may need to use an alternative verification method (such as an authenticator app) to access your account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive verification texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Our privacy practices for text messaging, including our commitment that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, are described in our Privacy Policy.

§ 03

Intellectual property

The service, website, and all related content are owned by Docflow or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in your organization's agreement with us.

§ 04

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly provided in a written agreement with your organization, the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Docflow's liability arising out of use of the website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

§ 05

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Questions? Contact [email protected].
