For the past year, Jonathan and I have been heads down building Docflow. Today we’re finally sharing it.

Docflow is an AI based outsourcing platform for healthcare.

We will never forget that magic moment playing with ChatGPT almost 3 years ago. We were at the beginning of a monumental shift in what software can do, one that would change how we work. Since then, our conviction has only strengthened. A computer can be taught to follow the same workflows that a well-trained employee might, except that it’s a computer - which means reliably, repeatably, and at scale.

That’s why we founded Docflow Labs. Docflow is a HIPAA compliant platform that learns and replicates complex healthcare workflows. Describe the process and rules and the platform quickly turns them into reliable, computer-orchestrated automations that run 24/7/365. The result is faster, more standardized work.

This isn’t just theory. We’ve already onboarded many happy customers in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry. DME products improve quality of life for millions of Americans. Meeting that demand on the other hand requires incredible amounts of back-office processing. So far Docflow has:

• Automated repetitive steps like intake, prior authorization packets, document triage, and payer submissions.

• Reduced backlogs and cycle times so orders move faster.

• Freed up staff to focus on patients and exceptions, not copy/pasting information from one system to another.

There’s a lot of talk about the “future of work.” Our customers are already living it by managing AI agents alongside their teams. We’re learning together, responding to their feedback, and delivering the tools needed to make this AI and human collaboration the norm.

On a personal note, I want to thank my cofounder Jonathan for being a great thought partner. We complement each other in the right ways, and it has been rewarding to see how together we bring the full set of skills needed to build this company.
